Terms of Service
JK Index is currently in beta. These terms are a practical placeholder for the public product while the full legal policy set is finalized. By using JK Index, you agree to use the site lawfully, respect other members, and treat beta features as subject to change.
Beta Product
Pricing, portfolio, marketplace, and Before the Slab features may contain incomplete data, temporary copy, or changing workflows. JK Index may update, pause, or remove beta features as coverage improves.
Marketplace and Practice Tools
Marketplace actions must be completed honestly and only by authorized account holders. Before the Slab $JKB is simulated practice currency only; it has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed.
Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity performed from your session. Do not abuse, scrape, attack, or interfere with JK Index systems or other members.
Email Choices
Policy-qualified accounts may receive occasional Article announcements or important product updates unless the account holder opts out. Regions requiring affirmative opt-in remain disabled until the account holder enables them. Every marketing message provides Article-specific and all-marketing unsubscribe controls.
