Privacy Policy
This beta privacy overview explains the main categories of data JK Index uses to operate accounts, pricing tools, marketplace workflows, and Before the Slab practice experiences. A fuller policy may replace this page as the product matures.
Information We Use
JK Index may process account details, authentication state, collection activity, marketplace activity, uploaded or submitted card evidence, and basic analytics needed to improve product reliability.
How It Helps the Product
We use this information to keep accounts secure, show member-owned data back to the correct user, operate marketplace and practice surfaces, investigate abuse, and improve beta feature quality.
BTS Blitz Guest Preview
When you use BTS Blitz Guest Preview, JK Index creates a temporary guest identifier and necessary cookie to preserve your run, prevent abuse, and support one-time score claiming. Incomplete runs expire after 24 hours, and completed, unclaimed scores expire after 7 days. If you create an account and claim a score, the score is associated with your account and may appear on your public Grading Record once you claim a public collector handle. Your email address and verification status are not displayed there. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations. The preview is specific to the browser and device used. Meta advertising tracking is currently disabled for this experience.
Optional Marketing Email
JK Index may use a verified account email to send occasional Article announcements or important product updates where the account is within an approved policy region. Default eligibility is not recorded as affirmative consent. You can stop Article announcements separately, stop all JK Index marketing email, or manage these choices from your authenticated Email preferences page. Account-security and transactional messages remain separate.
We retain limited policy, preference, unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, and delivery evidence needed to honor these choices. We do not infer email-policy jurisdiction from an IP address or shipping information.
Public Activity
Some Before the Slab practice activity and discussion can be public by default. Review product copy before posting or recording a public practice action.
