Roronoa Zoro Card Value: Every Print Ranked
Roronoa Zoro OP06-118 costs $7.49. The Alternate Art Manga of that same card number costs $2,675.35. A plain Alternate Art sits between them at $117.30.
One card number, three printings, a 357-fold spread. Zoro is the cleanest illustration in One Piece that a card number tells you what the card is, not what it's worth.
This guide ranks every significant Zoro printing. Prices come from PriceCharting's aggregated sold data, pulled 6 October 2026. Rules and set context in this guide follow TCG Talk's beginner guide, the OPTCG rules reference and the set calendar at OP Box Index. The manga card, and its reprint
Zoro's Alternate Art Manga OP06-118 from Wings of the Captain is his definitive collector card.
It trades at $2,675.35 raw, $2,010.31 in a PSA 9 and $4,574.99 in a PSA 10.
Note the PSA 9 again sitting below the raw price. That pattern repeats across One Piece's expensive manga cards, and the lesson is consistent: buyers at this level want a perfect grade or an ungraded copy, not something in between.
The Premium Booster PRB01 reprint trades at $2,258.00, which is 84% of the original. That's a much narrower gap than Luffy's equivalent reprint, which sits at only 38% of its original.
Worth knowing if you're buying. On Zoro, the reprint is nearly as expensive as the original, so the distinction matters less than it does for Luffy. Our guide to the Premium Booster set covers what else it reprinted.
The tournament card at the top
Zoro's single most expensive card isn't manga art at all.
Zoro [Top 8] OP01-025 from Romance Dawn trades at around $3,586.46. It's a tournament prize card, awarded to players finishing in the top eight at official events.
One Piece runs a substantial prize-card programme, with Winner, Finalist, Top Player and Top 8 versions of the same card distributed by placement. Those cards occupy the top of many set price lists alongside manga art.
They're also structurally different from anything you can open. No pull rate applies, because they were never in packs.
Romance Dawn still carries weight
Three of Zoro's top thirteen cards come from OP-01 Romance Dawn, the game's first set from December 2022.
- Top 8 OP01-025 at ~$3,586.46
- Alternate Art OP01-001 at ~$548.14
- 25th Anniversary OP01-001 at ~$123.00
That's typical first-set behaviour: smallest print run, longest out of circulation, most collector attention over time.
Note that OP01-001 appears twice at very different prices. The Alternate Art is over four times the 25th Anniversary version, which is another reminder that the card number alone doesn't price a card. You can browse the full Romance Dawn set on JK Index.
Where grading does and doesn't help
Zoro gives an unusually clear split.
It helps most at the bottom. The base OP06-118 at $7.49 reaches $25.00 in a PSA 10, a 3.3x multiple. The Illustration Box promo at $2.90 reaches $26.31, which is roughly 9x.
It helps least at the top. The manga card's PSA 9 at $2,010.31 is below its $2,675.35 raw price.
That's the inverse of what most people assume. Cheap cards nobody submits have small graded populations, so a slab still signals something. Expensive cards everyone submits don't.
The practical catch is that a $25 PSA 10 won't cover submission costs on its own, so those cheap multiples only work inside a bulk submission.
Which Zoro should you actually buy in 2026?
Around $3 to $8: the Illustration Box promo OP07-113 or the base OP06-118. Pocket change, and both grade at multiples if you're already submitting cards.
Around $50 to $120: an Alternate Art from OP12-020 or OP06-118. The best-value attractive Zoro cards.
Around $400 to $500: an SP from EB04-007 or PRB02-006, or the Playmat Limited Edition. Scarcer printings with thin graded markets.
Around $2,675: the Alternate Art Manga OP06-118. The definitive Zoro and the only one with a PSA 10 above $4,500.
Around $3,586: the Top 8 OP01-025. The scarcest, but a tournament card with no pack availability and very thin trading.
How JK Index helps
We index the full One Piece catalog with sold history for every printing, tracking manga art, SP, alternate art and promo versions separately from base cards.
Zoro OP06-118 is the single best argument for that approach anywhere in this game. Three printings share that number at $7.49, $117.30 and $2,675.35.
Any site listing one price for that number is wrong by hundreds of times at one end. You can browse Wings of the Captain and Romance Dawn, search every printing through card search, track holdings in your portfolio, or check the marketplace.
The takeaway
Zoro spans $2.90 to $3,586.46. His top card is a Top 8 tournament prize from Romance Dawn, and his best collector card is the Alternate Art Manga OP06-118 at $2,675.35 raw and $4,574.99 in a PSA 10.
The number worth carrying away is 357. That's how many times more the manga OP06-118 costs than the base OP06-118, and it's why checking the treatment matters more than checking the card number.
